Nose: The first discreet nose reveals mineral notes, flinstone and shalk then opens with more fruity aromas of apricot and peaches of vines
Mouth: The attack is greedy and generous, we find the yellow fruits with a touch of citrus. The final is surprising with its freshness and slightly spicy lemon notes

Food pairing: To enjoy with shrimp and shellfish, smoked salmon, caviar, fried calamari, and oysters. Also with triple cream (Brie-style) cheese. Salami, veggies, stuffed mushrooms, egg dishes, foie gras. Fruit-based desserts such as tarts, crepes, and any buttered or honeyed dessert.

Brut Rosé
Assemblage: 30% Pinot Meunier
20% Pinot Noir
40% Chardonnay
10% Meunier Red (including 30% of reserve wine)
Nose: Fruity with aromas of blackcurrant and strawberry enhanced by some floral notes
Mouth: A nice fruity attack on the palate with notes of red fruits as small red berries. A nice roundness in the middle of the mouth and a final, all in finesse. This wine is fruity, soft and delicate.

Ageing since: 2015
Food pairing: This Champagne is perfect to accompany smoked salmon or a grilled meat. Chocolate and raspberries, or a red fruit dessert.
